WILLIAMSBURG – The city has reached an agreement to buy the final piece of land necessary to complete the Bushwick Inlet Park, exciting members of the community.

The $160 million land acquisition was needed to create the full 27-acre park that was promised to the community back in 2005.

The parks commissioner is not sure yet exactly when the park will be complete, but it should take at least a couple of years to build.
